In this talk, we introduce the partial-dual polynomial for hypermaps, extending the concept from ribbon graphs. We discuss the basic properties of this polynomial and characterize it for hypermaps with exactly one hypervertex containing a nonzero constant term. Additionally, we show that the partial-dual polynomial of a prime connected hypermap H is constant if and only if H is a plane hypermap with a single hyperedge.

个人简介：

颜棋，兰州大学副教授。2020年毕业于厦门大学，师从金贤安教授。2018年9月至2019年9月在澳大利亚莫纳什大学访学一年。主要从事带子图、超地图和delta-拟阵研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目各一项。目前在《Forum Math. Sigma》《Fund. Math.》《Adv. Appl. Math.》《J. Combin. Theory Ser. A》《European J. Combin.》等国内外高水平数学期刊上发表学术论文。
