Learning from graph-structured data—such as social, biological, financial, and molecular networks—requires effective models and algorithms that can capture complex relational patterns. This report presents an overview of our recent research advances in graph data analysis, covering fundamental methodologies, modern neural network approaches, and our explorations on learning under uncertainty, geometric representations, and model robustness, along with selected applications.

个人简介：

周川，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院研究员（所聘），博士生导师。主要从事社会计算、图计算、图机器学习、语义信息等领域的基础理论和应用研究。合作发表论文160余篇，累计引用10000余次，H指数53，高被引论文5篇，最有影响力会议论文3篇，授权专利9项。曾获2014年度中科院优秀博士学位论文奖、ICCS-14最佳论文奖、IJCNN-17和ICDM-21最佳学生论文奖。入选中科院数学院“陈景润未来之星”、中科院青促会会员。入选中科院稳定支持基础研究领域青年团队、中科院特聘骨干研究岗位。承担或参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、中科院先导等科研课题。担任中国工业与应用数学学会理事、ICT数学专委会秘书长、北京市运筹学会理事等。
