In this talk, we first establish several effective nefness criterions for the canonical divisor of weighted blow-ups over a weighted complete intersection, where we both consider the high codimensional case and the blowing up several points case, these new criterions are generalisations of previous results by Meng Chen, Chen Jiang and Binru Li. Next we use these new criterions to construct plenty of new minimal 3-folds including 79 families of minimal 3-folds of general type, several infinite series of minimal 3-folds of Kodaira dimension 2, 16 families of minimal 3-folds of general type on or near the Noether lines.

个人简介：

别品贤是复旦大学数学科学学院的在读博士，导师是陈猛教授。别品贤的研究领域是代数几何，在极小三维簇的构造上已经取得一些优秀的成果。
