We propose an improved version of the PAMPA algorithm where the solution is sought as globally continuous. We will explain the connection between PAMPA and the discontinuous Galerkin method. We will show how to recover the PAMPA method from its DG construction and how to implement the boundary conditions in a rigorous manner. In addition, we propose a method that complements the bound preserving method developed in [Abgrall et al., Communications in Computational Physics, 39 (2026), pp. 29-58.] in the sense that it is non oscillatory. Several numerical examples are presented to show that the scheme is indeed bound preserving and non-oscillatory.

刘永乐,瑞士苏黎世大学数学系博士后,博士毕业于南方科技大学-哈尔滨工业大学联合培养项目。主要研究方向为双曲守恒律与平衡律方程的高精度保结构数值方法。迄今为止,在SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, Journal of Computational Physics, Journal of Scientific Computing等高水平期刊上发表论文三十余篇。曾获得ESIAM学生论文奖二等奖,主持瑞士苏黎世大学博士后科研项目一项。
