We establish positive mass theorems on singular spaces under the assumption that the scalar curvature is nonnegative in the strong spectral sense. As an application, we obtain desingularization results for strongly stable minimal hypersurfaces in asymptotically flat (AF) 8-manifolds. These results reveal certain positive effect of the minimal hypersurface singularities in scalar curvature geometry, which also leads to a direct proof of the positive mass theorem in dimension 8. This is a joint work with Professors Yuguang Shi and Haobin Yu.

何世航，2023年本科毕业于北京大学，现在北京大学攻读博士，师从史宇光教授。何世航的研究方向是正数量曲率，论文发表在Sci. China Math., CVPDE, PAMS期刊上。
