Hecke operator is frequently used in number theory and theoretical physics. In 2018, Harvey and Wu discovered a new Hecke operator on vector-valued modular forms which reveals novel relations among the characters of 2d rational conformal field theories (RCFTs). I will discuss some recent developments on this Hecke operator including the application to the classification of 2d RCFTs, W-algebras, and the generalization to the super case. I will also discuss the relations between the Hecke operator and permutation orbifolds and the Galois conjugate in modular tensor category.

个人简介：

孙凯文，中国科学技术大学特任研究员，博士生导师。2020年博士毕业于意大利国际高等研究院，后在德国波恩马克斯普朗克数学研究所，韩国高等研究院，瑞典乌普萨拉大学从事博士后研究工作。研究方向为数学物理，包括共形场论，拓扑弦，超对称规范理论，在J. High energy Phys, Lett. Math. Phys., Commun. Number Theory Phys.等学术期刊发表多篇文章。
