2. 短课程介绍 Introduction
Lecture 1: Affine vertex algebras and their categories of modules
We shall recall basic definitions of vertex algebras, affine Kac-Moody Lie algebras and universal affine vertex algebras. We define the category KL, the category O and the weight category of modules for affine vertex algebras. We propose some basic problems about the representation theory in these categories.
Lecture 2. Admissible and almost admissible affine vertex algebras
We define the admissible representations of affine Lie algebras and present basic representation theory of admissible vertex algebras. We also define the almost admissible levels and study examples of vertex algebras at these levels.
Lecture 3. Inverse quantum Hamiltonian reduction
We present recent free field realizations of affine vertex algebras by using a new concept called the inverse Quantum Hamiltonian Reduction. We discuss realization of relaxed highest weight modules and logarithmic modules.
Lecture 4. The parafermion vertex algebras at admissible levels
We present the structure of the parafermion vertex algebras at admissible levels and show how the inverse Quantum Hamiltonian Reduction can be used for studying these vertex algebras.
