Topology optimization is a powerful structural design and modeling tool that is used in a wide range of applications. However, traditional subtractive manufacturing techniques make it difficult to fabricate complex structures designed by topology optimization. With the development of additive manufacturing technology, this challenge has been effectively solved, and further promoted the research and application of topology optimization. Since the traditional topology optimization methods tend to consider only the overall mechanical properties of the structure and ignore the stability of the designed structure during the manufacturing process, it is difficult to guarantee the performance of the final product. This presentation will first briefly introduce the mathematical model of topology optimization, and then focus on our team's recent work related to fabrication sequence optimization, which includes: 1) space-time topology optimization method and its application; 2) the thermal deformation minimization problem based on fabrication sequence optimization; 3) the thermal equation-driven space-time topology optimization method and its application, etc.

人简介:

王伟明,副教授,分别于2010年和2016年在大连理工大学数学科学学院获得学士和博士学位。博士期间到浙江大学、中国科学技术和德国亚琛工业大学进行学术访问。2018年在玛丽居里基金的资助到荷兰代尔夫特理工大学进行为期2年多的博士后工作。目前发表学术论文30余篇,Google学术引用862次,其中2项工作入选ESI1%高被引论文,1项工作获得国际结构与多学科优化/ Springer最佳论文奖,1项工作获全国几何设计与计算大会2021最佳论文奖等。获得欧盟玛丽居里高层次学者项目、大连理工大学第五批星海骨干”人才培育计划等。主持国家自然科学基金2项、中国博士后科学基金1项、辽宁省面上项目1项;作为骨干参与包括重大项目子课题、重点项目等10余项。担任多个专委会委员和国内外学术组织会员等。
