In this series of talks, we will give brief expositions on the following: (1) the basics of Brylinski-Deligne covering groups, (2) the dual groups, L-groups and local Langlands correspondence for covering torus, (3) what can be done with the existing theory of L-groups and dual groups, (4) what can not be done with the existing theory of L-groups and dual groups.
个人简介：
高帆，浙江大学数学科学学院研究员。2014年在新加坡国立大学（NUS）获得博士学位。2014-2019年先后在新加坡国立大学（NUS）和美国普渡大学做博士后。主要研究领域为代数群的覆叠群的表示论和Langlands纲领。研究成果发表在《Astérisque》、《Amer. J. Math.》、《Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.》等国际重要学术期刊。
