First introduce the proposition background and formulation of the problem, and then focus on the selection and quantification model of supplier supply characteristics, the most economical ordering and transshipment model, the ordering and transshipment model for compressing costs, the ordering and transshipment model for improving production capacity, and the competition papers. Comprehensive commentary and other four aspects to analyze and explain in detail the C question of the 2021 National Mathematical Contest in Modeling for College Students, and finally give a comprehensive comment on the overall situation of the participating papers.

个人简介：

韩中庚，信息工程大学教授，全军优秀教师，中国工业与应用数学学会数学模型专业委员会副主任，长期从事军事运筹学、军事模型及应用、数学模型及应用等方面的教学与研究，其编著出版的《数学建模方法及其应用》（第二版）获“十一五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材、2011年获普通高等教育国级精品教材，《数学建模方法及其应用》（第三版）获“十二五”普通高等教育本科国家级规划教材。
