By the work of Lusztig and Achar-Henderson, nilpotent varieties are closely related to affine Schubert varieties. I will talk about a connection between nilpotent varieties in symmetric spaces and Schubert varieties in twisted affine Grassmannians. This extends some results of Lusztig and Achar-Henderson in a twisted setting. This talk will be based on the joint work with Korkeat Korkeathikhun.
个人简介：
洪久族，美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校副教授。研究领域为表示论与代数几何。2012年博士毕业于以色列特拉维夫大学，2012-2015年在美国耶鲁大学担任Gibbs助理教授。在包括《Adv. Math.》，《Math. Annalen.》,《Contem. Math.》等国际著名期刊上发表过论文10余篇。
