内容摘要:

Generalized barycentric coordinates are widely used to represent a point inside a polygon as an affine combination of the polygon’s vertices. This report introduces iterative coordinates-a new generalized barycentric coordinate based on polishing transformation on a polygon. The main idea of iterative coordinates is to project the polygon onto the unit circle around a given point and then iteratively apply midpoint averaging plus rescaling to the vertices of the resulting cyclic polygon. Finally, the iterative coordinates can be obtained by the regular polygon. Iterative coordinates are guaranteed to be non-negative and smooth.

个人简介：

邓重阳, 男, 杭州电子科技大学教授。1997年6月于吉林大学数学系获学士学位，1997年7月至2003年8月任教于杭州第四中学，2008年于浙江大学数学系获博士学位，2008年8月至今在杭州电子科技大学任教。主要研究领域为计算机辅助几何设计与图形学，主要研究兴趣为：细分造型方法、自由曲线曲面插值与逼近、广义重心坐标。在ACM TOG、CGF、CAD、CAGD等国际期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金4项。获浙江省自然科学奖三等奖1项。
