内容摘要:

Influenza is a global acute respiratory disease caused by the influenza virus. The World Health Organization reports that the global incidence of influenza is about 5%-10% in adults and 20%-30% in children, leading to approximately 290,000 to 650,000 deaths. In China, influenza is classified as a category C notifiable infectious disease, with about 88,100 deaths annually caused by influenza and its complications. Influenza dynamics models have long been a focus of research in epidemiology and biomathematics. In recent years, based on classical dynamic models, we have further considered factors such as environmental noise and spatial heterogeneity in understanding the mechanisms of influenza transmission. Using stochastic differential equations, reaction-diffusion equations, and infectious disease dynamic theory and methods, we have studied the threshold conditions for influenza extinction and spread. The results show that environmental noise can effectively suppress the spread of influenza, while spatial heterogeneity increases the risk of transmission. Therefore, altering travel plans and staying home are more conducive to controlling influenza.
