We propose a novel algorithmic framework based on the Kaczmarz algorithm for tensor recovery. This is an iterative algorithm for solving a linear constrained optimization problem (with a regularizer). We provide thorough convergence analysis and its applications from the vector case to the tensor one. We also show numerical results on a variety of tensor recovery applications to illustrate the enormous potential of the proposed methods.  

人简介

Prof. Chen obtained her Ph.D in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University under the supervision of Akram Aldroubi and Alex Powell. Her current research focuses on applied harmonic analysis and mathematical aspects of signal processing, especially compressed sensing, frame theory, and fast linear solvers for high dimensional data. She has published more than ten papers in journals such as Appl. Compute. Harmon. Anal., IEEE Trans. Inform. Theory, SIAM J. Imaging Sci., etc.
