Abstract:   We characterize boundedness compactness of area operators from Hardy spaces H^p into L^q(S_n) in terms of Carleson measures for 0<p,q<\infty by using the theory of tent spaces established by Coifman, Mayer Stein in 1985.

 Speaker  Introduction：娄增建，博士、教授、博士生导师，曾任汕头大学数学系主任、理学院院长。1995年9月至1998年3月于中国科学院数学研究所学习，获理学博士学位（复分析）。1998年3月至2002年12月留学澳大利亚, 在澳大利亚国立大学 数学及其应用研究中心学习,工作(Research Fellow)，师从澳大利亚科学院院士、著名数学家Alan McIntosh教授，授予博士学位(PhD)(调和分析)。1995年评为山东省中青年学术骨干和学科带头人培养对象、获山东省教委科技进步二等奖。2006年入选广东省“千百十工程”省级培养对象；2009年评为汕头市优秀拔尖人才、广东省南粤优秀教师；2010获李嘉诚基金会卓越教学奖。连续主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省自然科学基金和重点基金项目多项，在《Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.》, 《J. Geom. Anal.》， 《Indiana Univ. Math. J.》等国际重要数学期刊发表研究论文60余篇。
