内容摘要:

Numerical modeling of incompressible and  immiscible two-phase flow in porous media has  extensive applications in geological and geotechnical engineering and oil reservoir engineering, but thermodynamically consistent models and methods have not been investigated in the past. In this talk, we introduce the thermodynamically consistent modeling approaches and efficient energy stable numerical schemes for two-phase flow in porous media.

寇继生,绍兴文理学院教授,浙江省钱江学者特聘教授, 主要研究方向为多孔介质中多相流和多组分流的数值模拟,油藏数值模拟相关的两相流模型及其数值计算方法,已发表学术论文100多篇,ESI高被引论文2篇,部分论文发表在Journal of Computational PhysicsComputer Methods in Applied Mechanics and EngineeringSIAM Journal on Numerical AnalysisSIAM Journal on Scientific Computing等国际重要期刊上。
