Shape design of fluid flows has wide applications in computational fluid mechanics and engineering. We consider shape optimization of incompressible flows with shape gradients. Shape gradients derived by shape sensitivity analysis can be used to construct numerical shape optimization or even topology optimization algorithms. Traditional boundary shape gradients are popularly considered in the shape optimization community. This formula has high smoothness requirement on the boundary and is less general than the distributed shape gradient, which worthy to be investigated numerically. We consider numerically finite element approximations to the distributed and boundary corrected shape gradients. A prior error estimates are shown. Numerical results will be reported to verify theoretical analysis and show effectiveness of the corresponding shape gradient algorithms.

朱升峰, 华东师范大学数学科学学院教授、博导,获浙江大学理学学士与博士学位。 2011年到华东师范大学工作, 曾在洛桑联邦理工学院做博士后研究。研究兴趣为偏微分方程数值解、形状与拓扑优化;在Numer Math, SINUM, SISC, JCP, CMAME等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,承担基金委项目、上海科委项目等。
