Surface intersection is the core task of CAD, it is the necessary path for Boolean operations, boundary representation, and one of the most important factors affecting the stability of CAD systems. The singularity calculation of a surface is essentially the intersection of the surface with itself, and is an important prerequisite for the stability of surface intersection algorithms. This presentation will introduce our long-standing theoretical work on surface intersection, singularity computation, and spline self-intersection, and the application of these works to mesh generation and Boolean operations.
个人简介:
贾晓红,中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院研究员,中国数学会计算机数学专委会副主任,中科院数学机械化中心副主任,主持科技部国家重点研发计划、国家基金委优秀青年基金。曾获第五届中国工业与应用数学学会应用数学青年科技奖、第二届全国“几何设计与计算”青年学者奖等。研究方向为计算代数几何、CAD等。
