内容摘要:

Langlands duality represents a profound connection between two seemingly unrelated mathematical structures. In this work with David Nadler and Zhiwei Yun, we explore how this duality enhances our understanding of the classical problem concerning commuting pairs of matrices. Specifically, we demonstrate that the polynomial functions on such pairs can be computed using the Whittaker object in the cocenter of the affine Hecke category. Additionally, we will survey analogous instances of Langlands duality in number theory and mathematical physics.

个人简介：

李鹏辉，2019年入职清华大学，现任丘成桐数学科学中心助理教授。他本科毕业于香港科技大学数学系，2016年获美国加州大学伯克利分校博士学位，师从David Nadler教授。2016年至2019年在奥地利科学技术研究院从事博士后研究。李鹏辉的研究涉及几何表示论、几何朗兰兹、微局部几何、范畴化纽结不变量等领域，多篇研究成果发表在Ann. Math., Adv. Math, Represent. Theory, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc.等期刊上。
