Abstract:  We discuss weighted estimates of Dirac-type operators and use them to study eigenvalue lower bounds. On complex manifolds, we further discuss how the graded structure of the Dolbeault-Dirac operator can be used to obtain more refined estimates. Finally, we analyze how these results relate to pseudo-holomorphic curves.
