We will introduce the bilinear singular integral operator, the maximal operator, and the weak limit behavior of the fractional integral and the fractional maximal operator in the case of coarse nucleation, and give the corresponding weak norm as a corollary. Lower bound estimate. In the linear case, these results are new.
