Abstract:

A bijection of Vogan says that irreducible tempered (g, K) modules are in one-to-one correspondence with irreducible representations of K, provided that the Lie group G is in the Harish-Chandra class. Using this result, we proved in 2016 that tempered Dirac series are in bijection with those K-types whose spin norm equals the lambda norm. This talk, based on a work joint with Chengyu Du, aims to analyze when the lambda norm equals the spin norm.
