Abstract:

Let g be a complex semisimple Lie algebra with Weyl group W. In this lecture I shall first talk about the Z-graded twisting functors and their actions on Verma modules, dual Verma modules and simple modules, as well as the categorification of the Iwahori-Hecke algebra H(W) associated to W using BGG category O of g. Then we shall present a graded character formula for twisting simple modules and an algorithm to compute the character of T_sM for general M.
