In this talk, I will discuss recent results on the uniqueness and orbital stability of several families of traveling vortex structures for the incompressible Euler equations, including Norbury's family of vortex rings, near-Lamb and large-impulse dipoles. The talk is based on a series of joint work with K. Abe, D. Cao, I.-J. Jeong, S. Lai, W. Yu, W. Zhan, and C. Zou.

个人简介：

秦国林，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院优秀青年副研究员。主要从事非线性泛函分析与偏微分方程的研究，研究兴趣包括椭圆方程解的刚性与分类、不可压欧拉方程稳态解的存在性和稳定性，以及非稳态解的演化与增长等。研究成果发表在 Adv. Math.、Ann. PDE、Math. Ann 等期刊上。
